In Family Guy, does Brian Griffin represent Seth McFarlane’s actual personality/life experiences?

The Wikipedia article states only that they share the same political beliefs but I wonder if Brian represents Seth’s alter ego, especially in experiences with women. |

Hmmm. I don’t know. I wouldn’t be surprised. Seth McFarlane does the voices for Brian, Stewie and Peter, but the voice of Brian is his actual, unaltered voice. I guess he connects with Brian in that way and also via political opinion? Just a thought. Sorry I didn’t really answer your question very well!
